The Board has remanded several issues for further development, including an increased disability rating for non-small cell carcinoma of the lung and headaches, as well as service connection for obstructive sleep apnea secondary to PTSD. The Veteran's claims are pending resolution.

The Board has remanded several issues related to the Veteran's PTSD, migraine headaches, TDIU claim, Dependents' Educational Assistance eligibility, and special monthly compensation based on housebound status. The claims are being remanded due to a lack of updated examinations for PTSD and migraines, as well as an incomplete VA opinion regarding service connection for obstructive sleep apnea.

Service connection is granted for a left wrist disability.,Service connection is denied for a right hand and wrist disability, respiratory disability (shortness of breath), stomach disability, and dizziness and headaches secondary to service-connected obstructive sleep apnea.

The Board has remanded the claims for cervical spine disorder, muscle atrophy and weakness, bilateral eye disorder, and headaches due to incomplete development of records and need for additional medical opinions.

The Veteran is not entitled to presumptive service connection based on exposure to radiation during his time in service.

The Veteran's GERD and migraines have been granted increased ratings. The lumbar spine, radiculopathy of the right lower extremity, left shoulder, and right shoulder disabilities are remanded for further review.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for tic or nervous twitch disorder, headaches, and dizziness as there is no current disability found. The Board also noted that any tics or twitches would be considered part of his adjustment disorder or other diagnosed mental disorder.

The Board has decided to remand the case due to inadequate rationale in a previous VA opinion regarding whether the Veteran's headaches are caused or aggravated by his service-connected peripheral vestibular disorder.

The Veteran's headaches have been rated as noncompensable prior to November 10, 2015 and at a 30 percent rating from that date forward. The appeal is mixed with some issues granted (prior to November 10, 2015) and others denied (from November 10, 2015).
