The Veteran's appeals for service connection and increased ratings were denied. Service connection was not granted for hypertension, respiratory disorder, or migraine headaches. Increased ratings for GERD and migraine headaches prior to April 24, 2020, and from that date, were also denied.

The Board has determined that the Veteran's sleep apnea is related to his active military service and granted service connection for this condition.
