The Veteran's headaches and hypertension are found to be secondary to his service-connected sleep apnea. The Veteran's bruxism is remanded for further evaluation as it may be related to PTSD.

The Veteran's back, left knee, heart, skin cancer, headaches, and stomach/abdominal disabilities are remanded for further examination and opinion due to potential service connection based on toxic exposure.
