The Board granted service connection for tinnitus and denied an earlier effective date for migraines, prior to June 13, 2022. The claim for an increased rating for migraine disability was remanded.

The Board granted a 50 percent rating for the Veteran's headache condition due to very frequent completely prostrating and prolonged attacks productive of severe economic inadaptability.
