The Board has dismissed the Veteran's appeals for service connection and rating issues related to his hearing loss, headaches, right ear hearing loss, PTSD, depressive disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. The appeal was withdrawn by the Veteran during a September 2021 hearing.

The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for service connection for OSA, a headache disability, and left knee instability due to inadequate opinions in previous VA examinations. Additional evidence is needed, including treatment records from private providers and verification of the Veteran's duty status during his deployments.

The Board has remanded the issues of service connection for bilateral hearing loss and tinnitus due to potential noise exposure during active service.
