The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for service connection due to insufficient private treatment records and a need for a VA examination. The Veteran is not entitled to an initial compensable disability rating for bilateral hearing loss.

The Veteran's claims of service connection for stomach disorder, IBS, neck disorder, headaches, chronic fatigue, and TBI have been dismissed due to withdrawal. The claim for PTSD with major depressive disorder, alcohol abuse disorder, and cannabis use disorder has been reopened but denied.

The Veteran's claim for increased rating and service connection has been remanded due to the submission of additional VA medical records that have not yet been considered.

The Board has determined that a remand is necessary to obtain additional medical opinions regarding the nature and etiology of the Veteran's migraines, radiculopathy in his lower extremities, and whether they are related to service or secondary to his service-connected low back disability.

The Veteran's claims for service connection for PTSD, migraines secondary to tinnitus, and sleep apnea are remanded due to the need for additional evidence. The TDIU claim is also remanded as it is inextricably intertwined with the other issues.

The Veteran's claims for service connection have been granted, and he is now entitled to benefits for his claimed conditions. The TDIU claim has also been granted.

The Board has reopened the Veteran's claims for service connection for diabetes mellitus, type II and related issues. The case is remanded to obtain medical opinions regarding the relationship of these conditions to exposure to environmental toxins during service.

The Veteran's migraine headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome of the right upper extremity, carpal tunnel syndrome of the left upper extremity, and obstructive sleep apnea are granted as secondary to his service-connected type I diabetes mellitus. The Veteran is also granted a 10 percent disability rating for his left ankle scar.

The Veteran's claim for a compensable rating for his service-connected migraine headaches is remanded due to the need for an addendum VA opinion.

The Board has decided to remand the claims for headaches, low back disability, and right knee disability due to inadequate opinions in the VA addendum medical opinions. The Veteran will be afforded new VA examinations to determine the nature and etiology of his symptoms.

The Board has remanded the claims for service connection for sleep apnea, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), headaches, a right knee disability, and a left knee disability due to inadequate VA examinations in January 2018.

The Board has granted a TDIU rating.
