The Board has determined that the Veteran's claim for service connection for headaches, including as due to exposure to contaminated water at Camp Lejeune, requires further examination and opinion. The case is being remanded for a VA examination.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for bilateral hearing loss, recurrent tinnitus, and headaches due to a lack of evidence linking these conditions to his military service.

The Veteran's right, left knee disabilities, neck disability, back disability, acquired psychiatric disorder (PTSD and depression), headaches, and ED have been granted service connection. A rating of 60 percent has also been assigned for the urethral stricture.

The Board found that she has PTSD due to military sexual trauma during service, bilateral hip replacements related to service, migraines also related to service, and tinnitus related to in-service acoustic trauma.

The Veteran's frequent headaches are granted a separate evaluation of 30 percent. The Veteran’s cervical strain with degenerative disc disease and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing is remanded for an increase rating in excess of 10 percent.

The Board has granted service connection for the Veteran's right shoulder condition, right knee condition, sleep apnea, and migraine headaches.

The Veteran's claim for an increased rating for his service-connected migraine headaches is remanded due to the need for a new examination.

The Veteran's psychiatric disorder, diagnosed as unspecified depressive disorder, was granted service connection. Service connection for hypertension and residuals of a cerebral vascular accident were also granted, with the latter being secondary to service-connected hypertension.

The Board has remanded the cases for further development and examination, including a new TDIU evaluation. The Veteran's PTSD, TBI, and headaches are all being reviewed for increased ratings.

The Board has determined that the Veteran does not have diagnosed conditions for which service connection can be granted, including shoulder, wrist, lower extremity neuropathy, back, knee, leg, foot, respiratory system, sleep apnea, heart, corns of both feet, headaches and neck conditions.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities do not prevent him from securing or following substantially gainful employment.
