The Board has granted service connection for bilateral hearing loss and tinnitus, but has remanded the claims for an acquired psychiatric disorder, a chronic sleep disorder, and migraines due to lack of evidence establishing their onset or relationship to service.

The Board has granted the Veteran's claim for service connection for residuals of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and headaches, finding that these conditions are related to his in-service head injury. The decision also reopened the Veteran's previously denied claim.
