The Board has remanded the case for additional development due to incomplete records and need for further medical opinions.

The Board has granted service connection for migraines and TBI with residuals including migraines, effective from January 16, 2009.

The Veteran's claims for service connection for Parkinson's disease, nerve damage, right arm numbness, and headaches are being remanded due to the need for additional development.

The Veteran's appeal has been withdrawn prior to the Board making a decision.
