The Board remands the issues of entitlement to an increased initial disability rating in excess of 30 percent for migraine headaches, prior to January 22, 2024; a compensable disability rating for right knee surgical scars prior to January 22, 2024, and in excess of 20 percent thereafter; and entitlement to a TDIU for issuance of an SSOC.

The Board granted a 30 percent rating for headaches from October 27, 2017 and denied an evaluation in excess of 10 percent disabling prior to August 10, 2022, for lumbar degenerative arthritis.

The Board granted an initial 50 percent evaluation for tension headaches and an effective date of August 23, 2017, for the award of special monthly compensation (SMC) based on housebound status.

All appeals listed were dismissed due to the Veteran's death.

The Veteran's claim for an earlier effective date of September 15, 2022, but no earlier, for the assignment of the increased 50 percent disability rating for cluster headaches/migraines was granted.
