The Veteran's migraine headaches are rated at 30 percent, effective July 5, 2019. The rating is for characteristic prostrating attacks occurring on an average once a month over the last several months.,The Veteran's hypertension does not meet the criteria for a compensable evaluation under Diagnostic Code 7101.
