The Board has granted a 10 percent rating for migraine headaches, but not higher, during the entire appeal period.

The Veteran's appeals for increased ratings for migraine headaches and an acquired psychiatric disorder have been dismissed due to the withdrawal of the claims by the Veteran and his representative.
