The Board has remanded the Veteran's claim for service connection for migraine headaches due to her TMJ and/or fibromyalgia, as it is unclear whether or not these conditions are proximately due to or aggravated by her service-connected disabilities.

The Board has remanded the case for further development and consideration of whether the Veteran is entitled to a total rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU) due to his service-connected disabilities. The issue will be referred to the Director of Compensation Service for extraschedular consideration.

The Veteran's petition to reopen the claim for service connection for cervical subluxation has been granted due to new evidence showing possible link between his condition and service-connected degenerative arthritis of the spine.,The Veteran's petition to reopen the claim for service connection for sleep apnea as secondary to service-connected deviated nasal septum and PTSD has been granted due to new evidence showing a causal relationship.

The Veteran's migraine headaches and digestive system disability (IBS) are granted service connection. Service connection for sinusitis is denied, and the Veteran's tinea versicolor rating is remanded due to lack of examination addressing flare-ups.
