The Board has remanded several issues related to the Veteran's service connection claims, including PTSD, left ear hearing loss, foot conditions, cervical and lumbar spine conditions, sleep apnea, TBI, headaches, and seizures. The Veteran was not provided with a VA examination for his feet or headaches, and additional records are needed regarding an accident in Tennessee.

The Board denied service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder, CFS, dysphagia, GERD, headaches, a heart condition, high blood pressure, muscle and joint pain, and neurological problems. The case is remanded for further action on the left ankle disability.,Service connection was not granted for skin issues as they were considered undiagnosed Gulf War symptoms.

The Board denied the Veteran's claim for an earlier effective date prior to December 19, 2017, for the grant of service connection for radiculopathy of the right lower extremity. The decision also remanded her claim for service connection for a Gulf War undiagnosed illness.

The Veteran withdrew their appeal for service connection of tension headaches before the Board could make a decision.

The claims are being remanded due to a pre-decisional error in considering all of the evidence.

The Board has granted service connection for the Veteran's migraine headaches, finding that her current diagnosis is related to her military service and resolving all doubts in her favor.

The Board granted service connection for TBI and assigned a rating of 100% effective July 16, 2012. The Board also found that the Veteran's Meniere's disease, migraines, and neurocardiogenic syncope all stem from TBI and resulted in his inability to care for himself, granting SMC-T with an effective date of July 16, 2012.

The Board has decided to remand the Veteran's claims for service connection and increased rating due to inadequate examinations and lack of causal linkage opinions. The Veteran's headache disorder may be related to his active service, but a direct service connection is required. For the cervical spine disability claim, there is conflicting evidence regarding ankylosis.
