The Veteran's posttraumatic headaches are rated at a 10 percent prior to December 3, 2015, and at a 30 percent thereafter. The Board found the evidence supported a higher rating due to increased severity of symptoms from December 3, 2015.

The Board has granted service connection for cervical spine disorder and migraine headaches. The remaining issues of entitlement to service connection for hip and knee disorders are remanded.

The Veteran's service-connected vascular headaches have not been adequately evaluated in the last 6 years, and a new VA examination is needed to determine the current severity of his condition.

The Board has reopened the claim of service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder and granted service connection for residuals of a head injury. The case is remanded to determine the nature and etiology of the Veteran's claimed acquired psychiatric disorder.

The Board has granted service connection for a headache disability. The Veteran's migraine headache symptoms do not meet the criteria for a compensable rating under the applicable VA rating criteria, as they are infrequent and do not cause characteristic prostrating attacks averaging one in two months over the last several months.

The Board has determined that there was not substantial compliance with its December 2022 remand directives and thus the claims for thoracolumbar spondylosis, onychomycosis (claimed as toe fungus), xeroderma of the bilateral feet, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), hypertension, and migraines are being returned to the RO for further development.

PTSD and allergic rhinitis have been granted with specific ratings.,Migraines, eczema (claimed as skin condition), sleep apnea, and degenerative arthritis of the lumbar spine remain pending issues.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities have rendered him unable to obtain or maintain substantially gainful employment since November 6, 2018. The Board has granted a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU) from that date.

The Board has remanded the issues of service connection for a headache disorder and a right knee disorder due to insufficient information or medical findings.
