The Veteran's claims for service connection are being remanded due to unclear information about the USS Independence's location in Vietnam and additional evidence submitted by the Veteran.

The Veteran's appeal for an increased evaluation of his malignant lymphoma has been withdrawn, thus the Board does not have jurisdiction to further consider this issue.
