Prostate cancer decisions — 2022

The Veteran's claim for service connection for obstructive sleep apnea was denied as it was not proximately due to or aggravated by the service-connected PTSD, coronary artery disease, and diabetes mellitus. The Veteran's prostate cancer was rated at 20% from October 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013, with a TDIU granted based on his service-connected PTSD.
