Prostate cancer decisions — 2026

The Board has decided to remand the cases for further development and consideration due to a duty-to-assist error in obtaining private treatment records related to the Veteran's prostate and bladder cancer.

The Board has granted the Veteran's claim for service connection for prostate cancer, finding it at least as likely as not related to his active duty service and exposure to Agent Orange in Thailand.
