PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) decisions — 2023

The Veteran's PTSD is granted at a 70 percent rating, effective as of the date of this decision. Hypertension due to herbicide exposure is also granted. The issue of service connection for hypertension on a direct and secondary basis is remanded.
