PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) decisions — 2023

The Veteran's claims for service connection for PTSD and a compensable evaluation for laceration left buttock, muscle group XVII were denied. The effective dates for these grants are not established as the evidence did not meet the criteria for earlier effective dates.
