PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) decisions — 2026

The Veteran's claims of entitlement to increased ratings for migraines and PTSD associated with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) are being remanded due to the AOJ not adequately clarifying his intended claim. The AOJ must determine if he was seeking an increased rating for his existing TBI condition or separate claims for these conditions.
