PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) Board decisions

The Veteran's PTSD with alcohol use disorder is granted a 100% disability rating from December 10, 2015. The issue of entitlement to a TDIU prior to May 21, 2018 is dismissed as moot due to the grant of a 100% disability rating for PTSD. The Veteran's need for regular aid and attendance is remanded for further development.
