PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) Board decisions

The Veteran's acquired psychiatric disorder, including PTSD, somatic disorder, psychotic disorder, and personality disorder with schizotypal features, has been rated at 100% since June 29, 2006. The Board granted a 100% rating for the service-connected condition.

The Veteran's PTSD symptoms prior to June 9, 2020 caused occupational impairment with reduced reliability and productivity. The Board granted a 50 percent evaluation for PTSD.

The Veteran's hypertension and acquired psychiatric disorder are granted service connection. The kidney condition is remanded for further examination.
