PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) Board decisions

The Board has dismissed all appeals regarding the Veteran's service connection claims due to his death.

The Veteran's claim for a 70 percent rating for PTSD is granted, effective March 27, 2011. The increased ratings for lumbosacral strain and bilateral knee disorder are remanded.
