The Board has reopened the Veteran's claim for service connection for PTSD and remanded to obtain a new examination to determine if any of the claimed conditions are related to active duty service.

The Veteran's PTSD is rated at 30 percent from November 26, 2012 to July 15, 2015 and at 70 percent since then. A TDIU rating is granted.
