The Board denied the veteran's claims for increased ratings and granted a total disability rating based upon individual unemployability due to service-connected disabilities.

The Board denied an effective date prior to August 10, 2022 for the grants of service connection for various conditions including coronary artery disease with atrial fibrillation, diabetes type II, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in multiple extremities.
