Scars Board decisions

The Veteran's appeals for ratings in excess of the current levels for various conditions have been withdrawn.

The Board granted a 20 percent rating for scars, bilateral lower extremities, residual of jungle rot and denied a rating in excess of 20 percent.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities caused him to be unable to care for his daily personal needs without regular assistance from another person, warranting the grant of special monthly compensation based on aid and attendance/housebound.
