The appeal regarding the effective dates for various service connection awards and benefits has been dismissed due to the Veteran's death before the appeal could be decided.

The Veteran's oromandibular dystonia, oromandibular dyskinesia, and orofacial dyskinesia are secondary to her nonunion right mandible body (jaw fracture). Her scar left hip is also secondary to the same condition.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities do not render him in need of regular aid and attendance or housebound status, as his conditions are manageable with the help of family members.
