The Veteran's right ankle disability, including posttraumatic arthrosis and painful scar, is currently rated as 10% for each condition. The appeal is remanded due to the need to reopen claims for service connection of psychiatric and neck conditions.,No specific rating has been assigned for the Veteran's current service-connected disabilities.

The Veteran's right carpal tunnel syndrome was granted a rating of 30 percent from April 11, 2020, to December 1, 2021.,From November 6, 2021 to November 17, 2021, the Veteran received a 10 percent rating for his right shoulder scar. After that period, he was denied any higher ratings.

The Veteran's appeals for higher ratings on his right shoulder and right inguinal hernia with residual scar have been dismissed due to the Veteran's withdrawal of these claims. The Veteran's service-connected disabilities, including ischemic heart disease, PTSD, cervical degenerative joint disease with fusion C3-7, lumbosacral strain (low back pain), and various peripheral nerve conditions, meet the criteria for SMC at a higher rate due to their combined effect on his ability to perform daily activities.
