The appeal is remanded to the RO for further development of evidence, including obtaining additional medical records and scheduling VA examinations.

The Board granted service connection for arthritis of the left knee and right shoulder, but denied service connection for hypertension, a heart condition, and vascular dementia.

The claims for service connection for various conditions, including folliculitis, musculoskeletal strain, left ulnar nerve neuropathy, facial congestion and breathing difficulties, sperm abnormalities, right shoulder disorder, and right knee disorder are being remanded for additional medical examination and opinion.

The Board denied the veteran's claims for service connection for a lumbar spine disorder and right shoulder disorder as there was no evidence of a current disability related to his military service.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for bilateral hearing loss, an eye disorder (visual impairment), a left leg disability, a right leg disability, a left arm and shoulder disability, a right arm and shoulder disability, and the residual effects of chemical exposure, to include paints, as there was no evidence suggesting that any of these conditions were related to his military service.

The Veteran was granted a rating of 20 percent for cervical radiculitis with radiation into the left upper extremity prior to September 23, 2002, and a 30 percent rating from that date forward. Service connection for a left shoulder disability was denied.
