Shoulder decisions — 2014

The Veteran's claims for service connection for bursitis of the right shoulder and a right knee iliotibial band disorder have been withdrawn. The Veteran is granted an initial rating of 50 percent for generalized anxiety disorder, effective June 6, 2008, and a higher initial rating of 50 percent for migraines, also effective June 6, 2008.

The Veteran's bunion of the right great toe had its onset during service and is therefore granted service connection. The remaining issues on appeal are addressed in the REMAND portion of this decision.
