The Board has remanded the case due to inadequate reasons or bases in its decision and because of concerns raised by a Joint Motion for Partial Remand (JMPR). The Veteran's claim will be reconsidered with an adequate examination.

The Veteran's appeal is REMANDED for further action on his claims of service connection for a left shoulder disorder and sleep apnea. The Board has not made a determination regarding the merits of these issues.

The Board denied service connection for DJD of the right and left shoulders, as well as a back disorder. The claim for DJD of the left wrist was remanded.
