The appeal of the deferred claim for entitlement to service connection for sinusitis is dismissed. The claims for right hip greater trochanteric, left shoulder impingement syndrome, and thoracolumbar spine strain are remanded.

The appeal concerning the deferred claim of entitlement to service connection for left shoulder pain is dismissed.,Entitlement to service connection for a left hip condition, a right hip condition, a neck condition, a right knee condition, and sinusitis are denied.
