The Board has remanded the claims for an increased rating and TDIU due to inconsistencies in the medical evidence regarding muscle group involvement and strength.

The Board has granted service connection for obstructive sleep apnea. The remaining issues of service connection for various joint disabilities are remanded due to a duty to assist error.

The Veteran is being remanded for further examination to determine if he has a current right ankle disability.

The Board denied service connection for a right shoulder disorder and denied increased ratings for left knee disorders, but granted an initial separate rating of 10 percent for each knee disorder.
