Shoulder Board decisions

The Board denied the Veteran's claims of service connection for a left shoulder condition, shoulder impingement with rotator cuff tendinopathy. The evidence did not support a finding that this condition was incurred in or aggravated by service.

The Veteran's appeals for increased evaluations of his right shoulder, left shoulder, lumbar spine, IBS, bilateral ankles, and left knee disabilities have been dismissed due to the Veteran's withdrawal of these claims prior to a decision being made.

Additionally, his permanent and total disability due to service-connected conditions precludes locomotion without aids like braces or crutches, qualifying him for assistance in acquiring specially adapted housing.
