Shoulder Board decisions

The Veteran's cervical spine disability is rated at 20 percent, and his right shoulder disability is rated at 30 percent. Both conditions are not entitled to a higher rating based on the evidence of record.

The Veteran is entitled to a 20 percent rating for his right shoulder strain with degenerative arthritis from July 1, 2011 to September 28, 2016. He is not entitled to any higher ratings during this period.
