The Veteran's appeal is being remanded for additional development to determine if his current disabilities are related to service, including exposure to combat.

The Board denied service connection for right ear hearing loss, left ear hearing loss, and tinnitus. The Veteran's current left shoulder disability is found to be related to his in-service fracture.,Service connection was granted for the Veteran's post-fracture osteoarthrosis of the left glenohumeral and AC joint as secondary to a service-connected left shoulder disability.

The Board has determined that the Veteran does not have a current disability for which service connection can be granted, specifically for right ankle disorder, left shoulder disorder, and blurred vision.

The Veteran's claim for an increased rating for residuals of a fractured right humerus has been granted, with the current evaluation being 30 percent effective October 16, 2013. The issue of entitlement to total disability based on individual unemployability (TDIU) is addressed in the REMAND portion.

The Board has denied the Veteran's claim for an initial disability rating in excess of 30 percent for his right shoulder disability, finding that the evidence does not support a higher evaluation based on limitation of motion.

The Board has granted the Veteran's claims to reopen his service-connection claims for a right knee disability, lung disability and right shoulder disability. The Veteran's current disabilities are now presumed to be related to his military service.

The Veteran's death was not caused by or a result of his service-connected conditions, and therefore, the claim for service connection for cause of death is denied.

The Veteran's appeal is remanded for further development, including a VA examination to assess the severity of his right shoulder disability and any associated neurological impairment. The claim will be readjudicated after this additional evidence is considered.
