Shoulder Board decisions

The Board finds that the residuals of a left shoulder dislocation originated in service and has persisted since then, granting service connection.

The Board has determined that new and material evidence has been submitted to reopen the veteran's claim for service connection for the residuals of a right shoulder and arm injury.
