Shoulder Board decisions

The Board has denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for cervical spine strain and right shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis, finding that there is no evidence of in-service injury or aggravation, and that any current disabilities are not related to military service.

The Board has granted service connection for the Veteran's right shoulder disability and associated scars, finding that they are related to an injury sustained during INACDUTRA.

The Board has determined that additional medical opinions and records are needed to properly adjudicate the Veteran's claims for service connection. The claims have been remanded.

The claims of service connection for bilateral hearing loss, acquired psychiatric disorder, respiratory disorder, dermatological disorder (initially claimed as 'skin tags'), right knee disorder, left knee disorder, right ankle disorder, left ankle disorder, right shoulder disorder, and left shoulder disorder are all being remanded.

The Veteran's appeal is remanded due to the need for new VA examinations to determine the current severity of his service-connected cervical spine, lumbar spine, left shoulder, and bilateral upper extremity radiculopathy disabilities. The examination results will be used to determine if increased ratings are warranted.
