Shoulder Board decisions

The Board has granted service connection for right shoulder degenerative arthritis, finding that the Veteran's current condition is related to his military service despite conflicting opinions from VA examiners. The appeal was decided in favor of the Veteran.

The Board has denied service connection for right shoulder disorder, low back disorder, and bilateral knee disorders as these conditions are not shown to be related to military service.
