Shoulder Board decisions

The Veteran's right shoulder disorder is rated at a 30 percent rating since May 11, 2008.,An effective date of May 11, 2008 has been granted for the assignment of an increased 30 percent rating for the Veteran's right shoulder disorder.

The Board denied the Veteran's claims for service connection for a residual muscular impairment due to in-service decompression sickness, right shoulder disability, and low back scar. The nose scar was granted an initial 10% rating but not higher.

The Veteran's claims for prostatitis, vertigo, left shoulder disorder, right CTS, and left CTS have all been denied as they are not related to service.

The Veteran requested to withdraw their appeal of the issues related to left shoulder disability, irritable bowel syndrome, depression with drug abuse, cervical spine disability, and TDIU. The Board dismissed the appeal due to the withdrawal request.
