The Veteran's claims for increased ratings and service connection are remanded due to inadequate VA examinations.

The Board has remanded the issues of service connection for headaches, increased ratings for right shoulder instability and limitation of motion associated with right shoulder glenohumeral arthrosis, and a TDIU prior to July 11, 2013 due to insufficient medical opinions regarding the etiology of the Veteran's conditions.
