Sinusitis decisions — 2009

The Veteran's chronic sinusitis and allergic rhinitis were denied a compensable evaluation, as the evidence did not support a higher rating under applicable criteria.

The Board denied service connection for a stomach disorder, headaches, sinusitis, and allergies as there was no evidence of a nexus between these conditions and the Veteran's active service.
