Sinusitis decisions — 2024

The Veteran has withdrawn her appeals for higher ratings in the cases of migraine headaches, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and bilateral hearing loss.

The Board has decided that additional development is needed to determine if the Veteran's current sinusitis condition is related to their in-service treatment for sinusitis. The case will be sent back to the AOJ for further examination and opinion.
