Sinusitis Board decisions

The Board dismissed all appeals for service connection of various conditions, including lumbar condition, headaches, sinusitis, TBI, gastroenteritis, heart disease, leg cramps, PFB, nausea, skin rash on arms, feet calluses, and tinea versicolor.

The Board denied the claims for increased ratings and service connection, except for granting service connection for pneumonia and upper respiratory infection and right knee status post arthroscopy ACL reconstruction surgery.

The Board granted service connection for chronic rhinitis under the PACT Act, presumptively linking it to in-service exposure to burn pits and other toxins during the Persian Gulf War.

The Board remands the case to adjudicate an earlier effective date for the grant of service connection for allergic rhinitis, as this issue is inextricably intertwined with the higher initial rating claim.
