The Veteran's claim for a higher initial rating for rhinosinusitis is remanded due to the need to obtain relevant records from private clinicians.

The Veteran's claims for bilateral foot disability, left thumb disability, migraine headaches, rhinitis, and sinusitis have been denied as there is no current diagnosis of these conditions.,There are no service records indicating any complaints or diagnoses related to the claimed disabilities.

The Veteran's appeal of his claim for service connection for sinusitis has been withdrawn, and the Board is dismissing the case.

The Veteran's chronic sinusitis is rated at 50 percent, the highest schedular rating available. The Board found that his symptoms meet the criteria for a 50 percent rating due to near constant sinusitis with headaches, pain, tenderness and discharge with crusting after repeated surgeries.

The Board has remanded the Veteran's claims for service connection for various respiratory conditions due to a deficient notice letter in his initial rating decision.
