Sinusitis Board decisions

The Board granted service connection for chronic sinusitis, to include as due to an undiagnosed illness, and denied increased ratings for the appellant's acquired psychiatric disorder, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) with functional abdominal pain syndrome, essential tremor, and right great toe ingrown toenail. The Board also remanded claims for service connection for cervical headaches, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and entitlement to a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU).

The Board granted service connection for sinusitis and denied an earlier effective date prior to November 16, 2020 for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), while remanding a claim for a compensable rating for IBS.

The Veteran's chronic sinusitis was granted a 30 percent rating from June 16, 2014 to April 8, 2021.
