The Board has determined that additional development is needed to correct a pre-decisional duty to assist error in failing to provide an adequate examination for the claim of service connection for obstructive sleep apnea.

The Board has denied the Veteran's claims for service connection of chronic kidney disease secondary to sinusitis and an earlier effective date prior to February 25, 2020 for a 50 percent evaluation of frontal sinusitis.

The Veteran's service-connected allergic rhinitis is not rated higher than noncompensable, as the evidence does not show more than 50% obstruction of nasal passage on both sides or complete obstruction on one side.,The Veteran's service-connected chronic sinusitis with neoplasms is also not rated higher than noncompensable, as there were no incapacitating episodes requiring prolonged antibiotic treatment in the past year.

The Veteran's GERD and sinusitis have been granted increased ratings of 30 percent each, effective from the date of the appeal.

The Veteran's claim for an increased rating for service-connected sinusitis is denied. The Board finds that the evidence does not support a finding of a compensable evaluation prior to February 9, 2022, or an evaluation in excess of 10 percent thereafter. He was granted a 50% evaluation for this condition. The Veteran's tinea pedis did not meet the criteria for a compensable evaluation as it covered less than five percent of his total body or exposed area.

The Board has determined that the Veteran does not have a current sinusitis disability and therefore, service connection for this condition is denied.

The Board restored the Veteran's 10% rating for sinusitis, effective May 18, 2021. The claim for service connection for bilateral pes planus was granted.

The Veteran withdrew her appeals for all issues related to service connection, including chronic fatigue syndrome, gastroenteritis, left lower extremity peripheral neuropathy, restless leg syndrome, and sinusitis.
