The Board has remanded the case due to deficiencies in the VA examination and additional records are needed. The Veteran's skin disorders will be evaluated, including chloracne or other acneform disease associated with herbicide exposure.

The Veteran's appeals for increased evaluations and service connection were dismissed. The Board also remanded the issues of entitlement to an increased evaluation for perianal abscess, as well as the issue of a total disability rating based upon individual unemployability (TDIU).

The Veteran's service connection claim for hyperlipidemia is denied as it does not meet the criteria for a compensable disability rating.,Service connection for dermatitis remains denied, with an initial rating in excess of 10 percent not warranted.

The Veteran's left ventricular hypertrophy and tinnitus have been granted service connection. The lumbar spine disability, right knee disability, migraines, and status post left knee replacement are remanded for further examination and opinion. Service connection for tinea versicolor is also remanded.

The Board has withdrawn the claims of right hip disability and acne. The remaining issues have been remanded for further examination and opinion.

The Veteran's bilateral hearing loss disability is rated at 10 percent, and the appeal for an evaluation in excess of this rating has been denied. The Veteran's TDIU claim was also denied as his service-connected disabilities do not preclude him from securing and maintaining substantially gainful employment.

The Veteran's pseudofolliculitis barbae was rated at 30 percent since November 30, 2012. The condition did not meet criteria for a higher rating as it covered less than 40% of the exposed areas and required no systemic therapy.

The Board denied an increased rating for psoriasis, finding that the Veteran's condition did not meet or approximate the criteria for a higher disability rating.

The Veteran's claims for service connection of various conditions have been dismissed. The claim for increased evaluation of schizophrenia has been granted.

The Board denied service connection for acne due to burn pit exposure, finding no direct evidence linking the condition to service.

The Veteran's service-connected disabilities prevented him from securing and maintaining gainful employment for the entire period on appeal.

The Veteran's appeal for SMC at the (s) rate is denied as he did not have a single service-connected disability rated as total during the period from January 14, 2003 to February 9, 2009.

The Board has remanded the cases for additional development to obtain medical records and for VA examinations to assess the severity of the Veteran's left knee osteoarthritis and dyshidrotic eczematous dermatitis.

The Veteran's disability ratings for peripheral neuropathy of the right and left lower extremities, as well as eczema of the back and right ankle, have been restored to their initial levels.

The Veteran's stomach disorder, right hand disorder, and headache disorder are remanded for further review.

The Veteran's hemorrhoids and pseudofolliculitis barbae have not been found to meet the criteria for a compensable rating.,Service connection for a heart disorder, peripheral vascular disease, and an above the knee amputation of the right leg are remanded due to insufficient medical opinions.

The Veteran's initial compensable disability rating for pseudofolliculitis barbae is denied.,Service connection and increased ratings for degenerative arthritis lumbar spine, left knee degenerative arthritis, right knee degenerative arthritis, left shoulder disability, and right shoulder strain are all denied.

The Board has reopened the claim for service connection for a bilateral foot condition due to new and material evidence. However, the case is remanded as further medical examination is needed to determine if any current foot conditions are related to service or pre-existed service.

The Veteran's tinnitus and rhinitis have been granted service connection. The Board has remanded the claims for chronic pain disorder, bilateral hearing loss, depressive disorder, and eczema due to unclear etiology and severity.
