The Board remands the issue of entitlement to an evaluation in excess of 10 percent disabling for service-connected eczema due to insufficient medical evidence regarding the Veteran's use of systemic medication.

The appeals for service connection for migraine headaches, hemorrhoids, a respiratory disability, acne, and acne scars were dismissed due to a procedural defect.

The Board denied the veteran's claims for increased ratings and remanded the claims for service connection for carpal tunnel syndrome.

The Board denied service connection for multiple disabilities, including left and right arm, elbow, hip, knee, leg, hand, foot, skin conditions, and others, as the evidence did not support a finding of current disability or a link to service.

The Board denied service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder, to include depression; dermatitis, to include pseudofolliculitis barbae; and a compensable rating for tinea pedis.

The Board granted an initial 60 percent rating for psoriasis based on the Veteran's need for constant or near-constant systemic therapy including biologics over the past 12-month period.

The Board granted service connection for tinnitus and remanded the claims for service connection for dry eye syndrome, GERD, headache disorder, right hand disorder, left knee disorder, chest pain disorder, and skin disorder, to include dermatitis and/or eczema.

The Board remands the issues of whether there was clear and unmistakable error (CUE) in prior rating decisions that denied service connection for various conditions, as an SOC has not yet been issued.
